Port Chester
Let's PlayDon Bosco Boys and Girls Club provides after-school activities for school-age children 10 months a year. Lyon Park, a 20-acre park on the edge of Port Chester, features playing fields, playground and picnic areas. There are four other parks with playgrounds, playing fields and picnic pavilions throughout Port Chester. The village sponsors Youth baseball, football and soccer teams for its younger residents. The Carver Center Y provides daycare and swimming lessons to local residents. The Clay Art Center has been in operation for more than 50 years. Its mission is to bring ceramic arts to the community and provide space to create and display ceramic crafts. There are classes for adults and children as well as a summer camp. |
