The Pelham Union Free School District, with the collaboration of the community, subscribes to an educational philosophy that promotes innovation and dynamic learning.  The four neighborhood elementary schools in the Pelham School District (K-5) provide an environment that fosters learning and respect.  A single Middle and High School share a campus with adjacent sports fields.  The Middle School recently added a new state-of-the-art science and technology lab building.  They use a team teaching approach and hands-on-learning is emphasized.

Pelham High School takes pride in its rigorous college preparatory program.  The curriculum includes Regents and honors courses in all major academic areas, as well as AP courses.  Extra curriculars include after-school clubs for a wide range of interests from chess to broadcast production and web design, to youth in action community service.  The school supports both JV and Varsity athletic teams.  Fall sports include soccer, field hockey, football and cross country.  Winter brings basketball, swimming and ice hockey, and Spring features baseball, lacrosse, tennis and softball.
